Bland inn ett egg/no egg, litt sukker og passelig mengde hvetemel med risen, til du har ei tykk røre. Hvis du skal koke risen fra bunnen av, er det best å bruke 50/50 mengde vann og melk, og ha litt salt og sukker i risen fra starten. Stek lappene på middels varme i smør.

Kok opp buljongen, ha i spinaten og kok til den har tinet. Rør inn meljevningen. Tilsett hakket purre og muskat, og la suppen koke i ca. 8 minutter. Ha i melk/fløte.
